Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

Cincinnati Financial is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a part-time Live Chat Manager in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As an Associate level Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform and ensuring seamless communication with our customers.

Responsibilities: - Oversee the live chat platform and ensure all inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner - Train and supervise a team of live chat representatives - Monitor chat transcripts for quality control and provide feedback to representatives - Analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other teams to enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management

Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and confident personality traits - Strong presentation and analysis skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
