Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our dynamic team at AES. As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our live chat customer service operations. This is a remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and is part-time with mid-to-senior level seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat setting.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat agents, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation - Implement and optimize live chat processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective customer service - Monitor live chat conversations to ensure quality and accuracy - Analyze live chat data and metrics to identify trends and make informed decisions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on live chat performance
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on live chat - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in live chat software and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
