Job Description:
Shaw Communications is seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis and work remotely from Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service and chat management, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat platform and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of live chat representatives to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop and implement chat scripts, guidelines, and procedures to streamline communication and enhance customer experience. 3. Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency in responses. 4. Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner. 6. Train and onboard new chat representatives to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 8. Stay informed about industry best practices and technological advancements in live chat management.
Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in customer service and chat management. 2. Hardworking and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work cooperatively with team members and other departments. 5. Experience with chat software and CRM systems. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
