Job Description - Live Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Terex, a leading global manufacturer of lifting and material handling solutions, is seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. We are looking for a candidate with 8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a mid-to-senior level of seniority.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service - Train and supervise a team of live chat representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor and analyze live chat interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall effectiveness of the live chat platform - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Previous experience managing a live chat platform - Motivated and energetic personality traits - Ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changing situations - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
