Job Description - Live Chat Officer

Job Description:


Fidelity National Financial is seeking a passionate and independent Live Chat Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time entry-level position, the Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat support on our website.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues - Assist customers with product recommendations, order status, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Follow company guidelines and protocols for handling customer interactions - Escalate any complex issues to the appropriate level of management - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work independently - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Tech-savvy with knowledge of live chat software and CRM systems - Must be detail-oriented and organized - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
