Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and resilient Live Chat Officer to join our team at Tractor Supply in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 2 years of experience. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for managing our online customer service chat platform, providing timely and accurate information to our customers, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries through our live chat platform - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Utilize product knowledge and resources to assist customers with making informed purchasing decisions - Escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or live chat role - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Excellent planning and communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems - Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
