Live Chat Officer

Frontier Communications is seeking a passionate and dedicated Live Chat Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat channels - Assist customers with account issues, billing inquiries, product information, and technical support - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate priority issues to management as needed

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems - Innovation and negotiation skills to effectively resolve customer concerns
