Computer Sciences is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Live Chat Officer. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Toronto, Ontario, CA, with an entry-level seniority and no years of experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to live chat inquiries from customers in a timely manner. 2. Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve issues and answer questions. 3. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies. 6.
