Job Description:
We are looking for a Live Chat Officer to join our team at Hartford Financial Services Group. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Entry Level Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat services.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Educate customers on products and services offered by Hartford Financial Services Group - Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience - Utilize creativity to find unique solutions to customer problems - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others - Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting - Creativity and problem-solving skills to effectively assist customers - Project management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks - Proficiency in using live chat software and other online communication tools
