Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through live chat interactions with clients - Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and address concerns in a professional and timely manner - Proactively engage with customers to provide personalized recommendations and assistance - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document and track customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - Adaptable and passionate individuals with a strong desire to help others - Excellent communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
