Remote Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Land O’Lakes is seeking a Remote Live Chat Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are resilient, adaptable, and looking to gain experience in a dynamic customer service role. As an Entry Level Remote Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers through live chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner via live chat - Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolution to customer issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy, patience, and effective communication skills - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in typing and computer skills - High school diploma or equivalent
