Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

The Royal Canadian Mint is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and be hardworking and motivated individuals with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Managing and responding to live chat inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner - Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies - Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Documenting customer interactions and feedback for future reference

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with live chat software and CRM systems is a plus - Innovation and adaptability - Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
