Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a motivated and independent Live Chat Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level with at least 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through live chat support for online customers - Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and general questions - Use critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently - Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience - Meet KPIs and performance metrics set by the company

Requirements: - Must have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote work environment - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Experience in providing technical support is a plus - Bilingual in English and French is preferred
