Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

HRG Group is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Live Chat Representative, working from home in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to customers through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through live chat - Provide product information and assist with the ordering process - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team as needed - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed predetermined performance goals

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask - Creativity and problem-solving skills - Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
