Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Occidental Petroleum is seeking a motivated Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our live chat platform. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide information, assistance, and support - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when communicating with customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service and make recommendations to management - Meet established KPIs and goals for customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Driven and reliable personality traits - Strong people management skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in typing and computer skills - Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
