Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Sanmina is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time through our online chat platform to provide support, answer queries, and drive sales. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and upsell products or services. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 4. Monitor and analyze chat data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and best practices. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers. 6. Provide feedback to the team on customer trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and motivated individual able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to think creatively to solve problems. 3. Experience in project management and innovation. 4. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 5. Excellent multitasking and time management skills. 6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations.
