As a Remote Live Chat Specialist at ConocoPhillips, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service through our live chat platform. This part-time entry-level position based in Toronto, Ontario, CA requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while assisting customers - Utilize resources and problem-solving skills to efficiently handle customer inquiries - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses - Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve the customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates
Requirements: - Resourceful and resilient mindset to adapt to different customer situations - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively within a team - Analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
