Avnet is currently seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level role, this position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be reliable, and have the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via live chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and relevant information - Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience - Maintain a high level of productivity and meet performance goals
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong computer skills and proficiency in live chat software - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently - Time management skills to meet deadlines and handle high volumes of inquiries
