Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

CH2M Hill, a global engineering and consulting company, is seeking a motivated and resourceful Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Live Chat Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues. 2. Utilize knowledge of CH2M Hill's products and services to effectively communicate with customers and provide accurate information. 3. Monitor and respond to incoming chat requests promptly and professionally. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or individual for resolution. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including chat transcripts and service requests. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 8. Adhere to CH2M Hill's ethical guidelines and policies at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools. 6. Demonstrated planning and adaptability skills. 7. Motivated and resourceful team player.
