Job Description:
Enbridge is seeking a dedicated and experienced Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, the ideal candidate will be driven, independent, cooperative, and skilled in people management.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and address concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolution. 3. Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently. 4. Maintain a positive and engaging tone in all interactions with customers, representing the Enbridge brand effectively. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer needs are met. 6. Continuously improve knowledge of Enbridge products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and customer privacy.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Strong cooperation and people management skills. 5. High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work. 6. Proficiency in typing and using chat applications. 7. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
