Online Account Support Assistant

Overview: Campbell Soup is seeking a motivated Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time associate level position ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reliable, possess strong analysis and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with account-related inquiries via email, chat, and phone - Manage online account registrations and updates - Respond to customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot website and account issues - Provide support to the sales team with online account management - Monitor online account activity for potential fraudulent behavior - Generate reports on online account performance and trends - Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to online account management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - 4+ years of experience in online account support or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online customer service platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of e-commerce and online account management best practices - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
