Job Description - Online Account Support Assistant


Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and confident Online Account Support Assistant to join our team at HarperCollins Canada in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in the publishing industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to online account clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist in managing online account orders, coordinating shipments, and tracking deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize account management strategies and improve overall client experience. 4. Monitor online account performance metrics and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making. 5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 6. Support the online account manager in various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining accurate records. 7. Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional events to increase online account engagement and sales.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. 5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. A passion for books and literature is a plus.
