Core-Mark Holding, a leading distributor of fresh food and consumer packaged goods, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
As the Online Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting online accounts for Core-Mark Holding. This includes overseeing customer relationships, resolving account-related issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth operation of online accounts, and you will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities of the Online Account Support Manager include: - Managing online customer accounts and ensuring timely and accurate support - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts - Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless account management - Analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Implementing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention - Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics related to online accounts - Providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management
