We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Online Account Support Manager to join our team at Huntsman in Montreal, Quebec. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service and support to online account holders. 2. Managing online account inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Analyzing account data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. 4. Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance online account management processes. 5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Training and mentoring junior support staff to optimize performance and productivity. 7. Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to measure the success of online account support initiatives.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven track record of 8+ years in online account management or customer support. 3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Reliable and energetic personality traits. 8. Strong strategic planning and analysis soft skills.
