Job Description:
Enterprise Products Partners is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of motivation and energy. As an Online Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting online customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and account retention. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.
Responsibilities: - Managing and maintaining online customer accounts - Providing support and assistance to customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating as needed - Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Monitoring and analyzing customer account activity to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Providing training and guidance to customers on how to use online account features effectively - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and account information
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 5+ years of experience in online account management or customer support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of online customer service best practices - Motivated and energetic personality - Strong cooperation skills
