Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Online Account Support Manager to join our team at Celanese in Toronto, Ontario, CA. The Online Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting online customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving online sales growth. This position is part-time, mid-to-senior level, and requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support online customer accounts to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Drive online sales growth through effective account management and support strategies - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement online account support strategies - Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to online account support and sales - Provide training and support to internal teams on online account management best practices - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management and support - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in online account management or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Strong attention to detail and creativity - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of driving online sales growth through effective account management - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and online account management tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Visa sponsorship available
