Online Account Support Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This part-time role is ideal for someone with at least 8 years of experience in a similar position and who is looking to take on a mid-to-senior level role.

As the Online Account Support Manager, your responsibilities will include managing and overseeing all online customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support, resolving any account-related issues or discrepancies, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for analyzing and optimizing account performance, developing strategies to grow online sales, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.

To be successful in this role, you must be resilient and independent, with excellent planning and innovation skills. You should have a strong understanding of online retail and e-commerce platforms, as well as experience in managing customer accounts and providing support in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be interacting with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders on a daily basis.
