Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Voya Financial is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, driven, innovative, and possess strong research skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and support online accounts for clients, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat to assist with account-related inquiries - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure online account support aligns with business objectives - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in online account support - Train new employees on online account management processes and procedures - Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions to customer issues - Implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in online account support or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and compliance
