Job Description:
Raytheon is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Account Support Officer will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service to clients, managing online accounts, and ensuring the success of our online platform.
Responsibilities: - Providing timely and accurate support to clients through various online channels - Managing and updating client accounts on the online platform - Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and inquiries - Working closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Monitoring account activity and identifying potential areas for improvement - Collaborating with other team members to implement solutions and enhancements to the online platform - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or online account support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online account management tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
