Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and confident Online Account Support Officer to join our team at Molina Healthcare in Toronto, Ontario. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in a relevant field. The Online Account Support Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our online account users.
Responsibilities: - Assist online account users with account setup, navigation, and troubleshooting - Respond to user inquiries and issues via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address complex technical issues and provide effective solutions - Assist with data entry and maintenance of online account information - Conduct regular audits of online accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies - Identify opportunities for improvement in the online account system and communicate feedback to the appropriate teams - Provide training and support to colleagues on using the online account system effectively
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in using online account management systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong strategic planning skills
