Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and resilient Online Account Support Officer to join our team at Peter Kiewit Sons’ in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level position, the Online Account Support Officer will be responsible for managing online accounts, providing support to clients, and ensuring the smooth operation of our online platforms.

Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor online accounts for accuracy and completeness - Provide prompt and efficient support to clients with account-related issues - Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot technical issues related to online platforms - Assist in the development and implementation of online account management strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in online account management - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
