Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Account Support Officer to join our team at Weyerhaeuser in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar field. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and is able to thrive in a fast-paced online environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online customer support via email, chat, and phone to address inquiries and resolve issues related to customer accounts. 2. Assist customers with account setup, login issues, and password resets. 3. Monitor and analyze customer account activity to identify potential fraudulent or suspicious behavior. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide support for online promotions and campaigns. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database. 6. Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve the overall customer experience and drive account retention and growth. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or online account support role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues. 4. Proficiency in project management tools and software. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. 6. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism.
