We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Account Support Officer to join our team at Icahn Enterprises in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This part-time, Associate Level position requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
As an Online Account Support Officer, your responsibilities will include providing assistance to online account holders, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring a positive experience for all users. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical problems, and providing guidance on account-related matters.
