Online Account Support Officer

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Account Support Officer to join our team at Icahn Enterprises in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This part-time, Associate Level position requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Online Account Support Officer, your responsibilities will include providing assistance to online account holders, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring a positive experience for all users. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical problems, and providing guidance on account-related matters.

The ideal candidate will possess strong people management skills, as well as the ability to persuade and influence others. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
