Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:

J.M. Smucker is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This position is at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As an Online Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online account holders and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues, including login problems, billing discrepancies, and technical difficulties. 3. Educate customers on the features and benefits of our online platform. 4. Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of issues. 5. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all correspondence. 6. Assist with the implementation of new account features and functionalities. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Adaptability: Must be able to quickly adjust to changing priorities and customer needs. 2. Confidence: Able to confidently communicate with customers and provide solutions to their problems. 3. Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding customers through complex issues and managing escalations when necessary. 4. People Management: Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and exceed their expectations. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
