UGI, a leading technology company based in Vancouver, British Columbia, is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or account management roles.
Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers through various communication channels including email, chat, and phone - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution related to their accounts - Process account changes, updates, and cancellations accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences - Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate any issues or trends with customer accounts to management - Contribute to improving overall customer satisfaction and retention rates
Requirements: - Resourceful and independent mindset to handle complex customer inquiries and issues - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Leadership skills to take charge of customer interactions and deliver exceptional service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with online platforms and account management systems - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities - Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
