Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Online Account Support Specialist to join our team at WestRock in Toronto, Ontario. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, hardworking, have strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to online account holders through various channels such as email, chat, and phone - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Update account information accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to improve processes and suggest solutions to management

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Proficiency in computer applications and online platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
