Job Description:
Quest Diagnostics is looking for a part-time Online Account Support Specialist in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar field. The ideal candidate will be reliable and driven, with strong critical thinking and analysis skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to account holders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist in managing online account access, ensuring data integrity and security protocols are maintained. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall customer experience. 4. Perform regular data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimizing account management processes. 5. Monitor online account activity and report any suspicious behavior or security breaches to the appropriate departments. 6. Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues related to online account access and functionality. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management to drive innovation and efficiency.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proficiency in using online account management tools and platforms. 3.
