Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Online Account Support Specialist to join our team at CenturyLink in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide online account support to customers through various channels such as email, chat, and phone. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to their accounts. 3. Research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Persuade customers to upgrade their accounts or add on additional services. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries. 3. Persuasion skills to upsell or cross-sell products and services. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service software. 6. Experience working in a customer service or technical support role. 7. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates. 8. Must be willing to travel for training and meetings. 9. Paid Time Off (PTO) provided for part-time employees.
