Job Description:
Gilead Sciences is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Online Call Center Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or call center roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and support. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist with online chat support and email correspondence as needed. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold high standards of service. 7. Assist with any other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements: 1. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 2. Driven with a strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond. 3. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online communication tools. 6. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. 7. Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
