Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

As an Online Call Center Assistant at Fifth Third Bancorp, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various online platforms. You will assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about banking products and services. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from clients 2. Provide support and assistance to clients with online banking services 3. Conduct research to resolve customer inquiries and issues 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions 6. Meet and exceed performance targets and goals 7. Stay up to date on banking products and services to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service role 2. Motivated and driven personality traits 3. Strong research and teamwork skills 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools 7. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
