Online Call Center Associate

First Data is currently seeking a motivated and independent Online Call Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner. 4. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 5. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
