Job Description:
Erie Insurance Group is seeking a motivated and dedicated Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This part-time entry-level position offers an opportunity for individuals with 1 year of experience to develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via online chat and phone calls - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding insurance policies and claims - Research and investigate customer inquiries to provide timely and effective solutions - Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company database - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers - Work efficiently and effectively to meet performance metrics and goals set by the company
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service - Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Research skills to gather information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries - Motivated and dedicated with a positive attitude towards work - Ability to work in a remote environment with flexibility and adaptability - High school diploma or equivalent required
