Job Description - Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Associate at EMCOR Group in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, confirm orders, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys. 3. Use negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 5. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference. 6. Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction ratings. 7. Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Highly motivated and hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong negotiation skills and ability to diffuse difficult situations. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues. 5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must be available to work part-time hours.
