Job Description - Online Call Center Manager


Job Description:


Progressive is seeking a talented and experienced Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As the Online Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our online call center. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and customer satisfaction - Supervise and support a team of online call center representatives - Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to ensure high performance - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution - Maintain a positive and professional work environment for team members


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in call center management - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Resilient and motivated personality traits - Project management and decision-making skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software - Excellent problem-solving abilities
