Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Job description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Call Center Manager to join our team at EY in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time Online Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our online call center, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online call center representatives to ensure they are delivering exceptional customer service - Monitor and evaluate call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and effectiveness - Train new call center representatives on company policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management - Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure high standards of customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Experience with CRM systems and call center software - Hardworking and adaptable personality - Strong problem-solving skills - Equal opportunity employer
