Job Description - Online Call Center Manager

Biogen is seeking an experienced Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time role at the Associate Level, the Online Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online call center, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficiency.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online call center representatives, including hiring, training, and performance management - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and customer service - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management - Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures - Provide regular reports to senior management on call center performance and metrics


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in call center management or a related field - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong people management and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Proficiency in call center software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
