Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Universal Health Services is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls from clients and provide excellent customer service. 2. Respond to inquiries via email and online chat in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist clients with scheduling appointments and accessing online resources. 4. Conduct research and analysis to resolve complex issues and provide accurate information to clients. 5. Work independently to handle a high volume of calls and maintain quality standards. 6. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices. 7. Utilize online platforms and tools to streamline communication and improve efficiency. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. 9. Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. 10.
