Job Description:
New York Life Insurance is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA on a part-time basis. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through online communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from clients regarding insurance policies, claims, and general inquiries. 2. Provide accurate information and guidance to clients on insurance products and services offered by New York Life Insurance. 3. Assist clients with policy updates, payment processing, and claim submissions. 4. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies to provide informed support to clients. 7. Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong project management and decision-making skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
