Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Constellation Brands is currently seeking a part-time Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level Online Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Assisting customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and answering product-related questions - Providing support and guidance to customers navigating the online platform - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team - Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of interactions - Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and independent with a strong sense of initiative - Excellent project management skills and the ability to make informed decisions - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using online platforms and technology - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
