Online Call Center Representative

Job Description:

R.R. Donnelley & Sons is seeking a reliable and driven Online Call Center Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an entry level position with 1 year of experience, the Online Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various online platforms.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers in a professional and timely manner - Providing information about products, services, and promotions to customers - Resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and quality of service

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow - Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms - Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours
